PAYMENT
- Payment must be done via Paypal after an invoice has been sent beforehand.
- Full payment must be done upfront so the artist can start working on the piece.
- The prices listed are a starting point and can increase according to the complexity of the finished piece.
- The artist is allowed to decline a request if it doesn't match their Terms of service.
- The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission at any time, for any reason, and without explanation.
- Urgent work will not be accepted, there's a two-week minimum of wait time for any service.
- The artist owns all rights on the finished piece.
- The process is divided into: Thumbnailing, Clean-up, Blocking and Colored Sketch, an update will be sent once each stage has been completed as a request for approval and/ or revisions.
- After the piece has been finished, only minor details (please discuss with the artist) can be changed.
As the customer you’re allowed to:
- Repost the image to other social media, giving me credit as the artist.
- Print the image and keep it for PERSONAL PURPOSES ONLY.
- Use it for decorating your profile on any external website, as long as it is a nonprofit personal account. You must credit the artist.
As customer you’re NOT allowed to:
- Modify, draw over, recolor, or plagiarize any of my artworks.
- Use the illustration for commercial purposes without my consent.
- Take credit over it.
- Remove, erase or modify my watermark in any way.
- The piece can be used for commercial and lucrative purposes (merchandise, promotion, branding, etc.) as long as it is disclosed to the artist and the commercial use commission is paid off.
- The commercial use fee varies according to the intended use for the piece, please discuss with the artist.
- Full refunds are valid only if the Cleaned-up Sketch hasn't been sent out yet or if the artist herself cancels the commission.
- Refunds aren't valid once the final proposals have been approved beforehand.
